IAPL is extra sensitive to export controlled technical data, records of aircraft parts traceabilities and certification records. We also comply with relevant trade compliance and regulatory requirements that are applicable to our operations.
Information of a secret nature, which will not fall under the export limitations will not be revealed nor handed out without due sanction.

Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement, the obligations of confidentiality prevail within a reasonable time in accordance to the industry practice and regulatory standards.

Information will not be regarded as confidential in case it:

- Known legally before being disclosed.
- Is not written with the use of confidential materials.
- Is disclosed by prior written consent.

In case of any data security breach of confidential information, which is improbable, IAPL will:
